Is your brand having a one way conversation, or a two-way conversation with consumers?

If your primary marketing strategy is utilizing traditional broadcast media (print, web banner advertising),  then your brand is missing out on the “two-way conversation”.  Consumers today want to be part of the conversation by “contributing” their personal product/brand experience among their friends.   Social media has empowered users, which means every consumer is now a key influencer among their circle of friends on Facebook.  Marketer’s today do not have the luxury weather they want to participate with Facebook, because the competition will steal their market share using Facebook!
